1. What Payment Method Do You Accept?

We accept secure online payments through:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
  • Debit & Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, etc.)
  • Net Banking
    Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

2. How Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking ID/Number. You can use this tracking nuumber/id to moniter the status of your delivery.

3. What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns once a product has been purchased. However, we do offer exchanges in case of defects, damages, or wrong items delivered. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and reported within 3-7 days of delivery.

4. Are the products on your website authentic?


Yes! We manufacture our own products, so you always receive 100% authentic, freshly made, and high-quality items directly from us — no middleman, no compromise.

5. Do you ship all over India?

Yes, we deliver across India. Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.
